Dilara Koçak graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of Hacettepe University in 1994. She received her master’s degree from the same university and department, later she became a Registered Dietitian in 1996. Between the years 1994-1999 she managed several clinics and between 1999 and 2004 she worked for American Hospital as the Chief Department Head on Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently consulting dietitian of American Hospital and also an academic of “Vocational Ethics and Communication” in Bilim University. In 2003 – 2004 she worked as intern in several hospitals in United States to examine the new fields, after adding new experiences on her field.
Koçak established Mezura Clinic and brought a new vision to Turkey.
“Corporate Wellness consultancy”, employees nutrition and development of “healthy living” concept.
She wrote several books; “İyi Yaşam Günlüğü” (2006), “Dilara Koçak İyi Yaşam” (2007) and “Afiyetle Diyet (2009). “Afiyetle Diyet Tarifleri” (2015) is her last book that is available on shelves.
Dilara Koçak prepared TV programs on healthy living and nutrition for CNN Turk, Kanal D, TRT and Kanal Türk. She still writes about healthy living on Milliyet newspaper, Women’s Health magazine, CEO Life magazine, Hello magazine, vogue.com.tr and uplifers.com
Today, Dilara Koçak and her team are leading the corporate wellness sector by coaching to many corporations, superintendents and businessmen to promote their health and eating habits.
She is a strong influencer on social media, she shares healthy living tips and new diet challenges with her followers. With advanced culinary skills, she prepares videos with healthy recipes for everyone to prepare easily and enjoy at home. She also teams up with leading brands and creates projects that will help increase the brand awareness of the products by being their “brand ambassador”.
